The basic package of DiLoc|Sync includes the ability to distribute documents via an intuitive web interface. In a similar way to Windows Explorer, files are loaded into managed directory structures and synchronised with the employees’ devices.
Document distribution is controlled by way of flexibly arranged groups of people. Each employee is only able to receive the documents that are relevant to them. The recipient group can be determined more precisely by refining the assignment in the module knowledge groups and knowledge.
Appropriate account of the need to have the recipient confirm they have received or read the important documents is taken by means of digital signature.
Another important feature of the basic package is the device management system, which monitors the users’ devices. For example, files are only sent to personalised devices. If a device goes missing, it can be removed from the document distribution list.
Hosting for the server in use, maintenance, data protection and software updates round off the basic package.
