The module Mail2Sync can be used to send individual or several files to the DiLoc|Sync server as an attachment to an email. In this case, the directory to which the files should be saved would be named in the subject line of the email. The documents, such as timetable arrangements, are then distributed to the employees automatically based on groups of people or knowledge.
