The feature can be used to plan shifts, manage leave and record hours worked, as well as to automatically distribute shift plans. The system supports both fixed planning scenarios (passenger transport) and flexible planning scenarios (freight transport). It also takes qualifications, such as route knowledge and series knowledge, rest days and leave into account.
